Integration

Halo will integrate with your business' accounts/contact management systems, saving time and eradicating duplication and errors as working from one central database means information need only be keyed in once.

If you have a reliable accounts package (based on a relational database) Halo will integrate with your existing data. This opens up a wide range of possibilities:

• You won't need to enter any customer information for Halo to work - it'll use the information you approve within your accounts system. If you don't want to integrate with an accounts system, all your customer information can be stored and maintained within Halo.
• You won't need to enter any contact or prospect information. Halo will retrieve this from your accounts system, or an existing CRM system. Again, if you don't have an existing solution, use Halo's CRM module.
• Advertising Sales orders that you create in Halo can be automatically created in your accounts system (either as sales orders, or sales invoices).
• Any integration will be 2 way. For example, any changes you make to customers/contacts via Halo will be reflected in your accounts system, and vice versa, all configurable down to every scenerio with privileges for each function.

As an accredited Access Accounting dealer (we supply, configure, install and support Access software), Access Dimensions is our recommended financial package for your business. Users of Access Dimensions benefit from all of Halo's seamless integration features.
